Buying Bell'O PR-32 Classic Style Wood Entertainment Cabinet (Espresso) Some quality problemsBy J. CernyRecieved the Bello PPR-32 in a timely fashion and the delivery person helped me unpack it and put it in position. The next day I noticed the pull down shelf shelf door was warped and contacted Bello to get a replacement. First replacement had the hinge cutouts in a different location so that didn't work. As of right now I am still waiting for the 2nd replacement door to arrive. While waiting I noticed the wood where the hinges attach to the cabinet is split. I probably won't deal with that problem since it will be pretty well hidden by the door, assuming it arrives. Bello has been very good working with me to resolve this problem, but I expected better quality in the delivered product.Well, I got my 2nd replacement door, and this one is warped too. After sending Bello pictures they too agreed it was warped. I guess they are a little short on quality control. Now they are telling me I will have to wait until the end of December for a new door since they don't have any more in their inventory and they have to build them in China!! Guess what the topic of conversation will be as we entertain our friends during the holidays!If you're wondering why I gave the product 3 stars after all these problems, it is because the unit is very functional and attractive.
