We shopped at several stores but only found consoles over $1,000 that were large enough for the tv. I have never bought any furniture online let alone something of this size or price. I saw this piece and it had everything we needed. So I went for it.It arrived fully assembled except for the silver knobs and inside shelves. There were absolutely NO scratches, marks, dings, nothing. The wood was very substantial. It took some time to unpack it from its huge box, but I would rather have that then sloppy packing and no protection. I was very impressived with it especially for the price! No shipping charges either. The only reason I gave it four stars was for lack of depth. We have a long receiver that could not fit inside, so my husband took a small saw and made a whole in the back. He had to do the same with our last armoire. It was an easy fix though. This consoles looks gorgeous in our living room.
