The top shelf support had a defective weld. I emailed Bell'O, faxed them a copy of my receipt, and had a replacement part in one week. Their customer service was excellent. One installation tip: when you install the top glass shelf, loosen the 4 bolts holding the top shelf support, align & bolt the glass shelf down, then re-tighten the top shelf support bolts.I bought this stand for a 50" plasma, it fit perfectly, and the gloss black finish perfectly matched the TV.
